Mission & Vision Statement
Mission Statement
It is our mission to honor God by fostering rich fellowship among evangelical believers, speaking for them with integrity, and equipping them to live out the gospel with conviction and clarity. We aspire to develop a community that manifests Christ’s love and freely proclaims the truth of Scripture in all of life.
“Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31 (ESV)
“So we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.” — Romans 12:5 (ESV)
Vision Statement
We envision a colorful and biblically informed evangelical church able to interact the subtleties of culture with biblical discernment. Our hope is that the Church becomes a beacon of grace and truth, transforming lives and nations through the power of the gospel.
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105 (ESV)
_”Equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.” — Ephesians 4:12 (ESV)
Core Conviction
As evangelical followers of Jesus Christ, we believe that the gospel is not a message, but the heartbeat of revival for every aspect of life. When God’s people are bonded in love and truth, the Church is a persuasive witness of Christ’s redemption. That is why we are here.
We are committed to:
- Empowering and equipping our members for faithful living and godly witness
- One voice for righteousness, justice, and biblical truth
- Evangelicals united across traditions, cultures, and generations, serving the cause of Christ in the world
“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.”
— Hebrews 10:23 (ESV)
“They may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you.” — John 17:21 (ESV)
Statement of Faith
The Holy Scriptures
We hold that the Bible, both the New and Old Testaments, is the infallible and inspired Word of God. It is the supreme authority for faith and practice, God-breathed, and profitable for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness.
“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.” — 2 Timothy 3:16
The Nature of God
We believe that there is one true and living God, existing eternally in three Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—coequal and coeternal in glory, power, and holiness.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” — Matthew 28:19
The Person and Work of Jesus Christ
We happily acknowledge the complete deity and humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ:
- Born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23)
- Lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15)
- Worked miraculous signs (John 20:30–31)
- Died as a substitutionary atonement for sin (Isaiah 53:5; Romans 5:8)
- Rose bodily from the dead (Luke 24:6–7)
- Ascended to the right hand of the Father (Acts 1:9; Hebrews 1:3)
- Will return personally in power and glory (Revelation 1:7; Acts 1:11)
Salvation by Grace through Faith
We do believe that all humanity is fallen and in need of salvation. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for salvation. We are justified by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, not by works.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.” — Ephesians 2:8
The Ministry of the Holy Spirit
We believe in the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit in every believer. The Spirit guides, sanctifies, and empowers the Christian for godly living, bearing fruit for God’s glory.
“And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever.” — John 14:16
_”But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness…” — Galatians 5:22
The Resurrection and Eternal Judgment
We believe in the physical resurrection of the saved and the unsaved. The saved will be raised to eternal life, and those who remain in unbelief to eternal separation from God.
“And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.” — Daniel 12:2
“And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” — Matthew 25:46
The Church and Spiritual Unity
We believe in the spiritual unity of all true believers in Jesus Christ, being one body, of which He is the head. The mission of the Church is to worship God, to edify the saints, and to evangelize the world with the Gospel.
“There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call.”
— Ephesians 4:4
“For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free.”
— 1 Corinthians 12:13
